Instruction for the Preparation of Camera-Ready Paper
Working Languages
All papers have to be prepared in English to be published in the Conference Program and Conference Proceedings.
English, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian will be the official languages of oral presentations during the Conference.
Paper submission
The full paper should be prepared in WinWord format with page set up to A4 (210 x 297 mm) size paper.
Full paper should be submitted to the Organising Committee only in electronic form (MSWord, Rich Text Format).
The required format is available on the Conference Web Page. Authors are asked to indicate the topic into which their papers fall.
Papers will be printed in the proceedings directly from the files submitted by the authors.

Presentation Rules
The programme of the conference will be divided into two parallel sessions, in accordance with discussed topics.
All papers have to be prepared in English to be published in the Conference Program and Conference Proceedings.
English, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian will be the official languages of oral presentations during the Conference.
The time of oral presentations:
- for invited papers: 20-25 min. for presentation and 5-10 min. for questions,
- for regular papers: 15 min. for presentation and 5 min. for questions.
Poster presentations:
The authors presenting their papers at the poster sessions will have at their disposal a panel 100 x 100 cm (width x height). Sticking materials (double-side adhesive tape will be provided by organisers. The posters can be put up during the first conference day and will be displayed until the end of the conference.
The conrefence rooms will be equipped with a computer, multimedia projector. For computer presentation we provide Microsoft Office 2003 components (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Acrobat Reader. For other software please contact the organisers.
